Payments Policy

Any transaction initiated through is governed by the below terms and conditions:
  1. The Payments Policy is a subset of Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy.
  2. TwoOrbits currently supports only five currencies i.e. Indian Rupee, US Dollar, Euro, Pound Sterling and Swiss Franc.
  3. Residents of India, United States of America, Europe (excluding United Kingdom and Switzerland), United Kingdom, and Switzerland are required to make payments in their respective currencies, failing to do so will result in cancellation of subscription without refund.
  4. Residents of regions not included in point 2 of this page’s payment policy are required to make payment in US Dollar only, failing to do so will result in cancellation of subscription without refund.
  5. Usage of VPN, Proxies or any application/browser extension that fakes your IP or geolocation is prohibited when trying to make a payment.
  6. TwoOrbits is powered by Razorpay payment gateway to collect payment in all currencies listed above, however except in case where the currency is Indian Rupee, Razorpay makes use of PayPal to complete the transactions.
  7. The subscription period is instantly extended after the transaction is marked successful by the payment gateway, if in case your money is deducted and the payment gateway marked the transaction as “failed”, your money will be refunded back within 5-8 business days.

Refund Policy

The below mentioned refund policy is for the transactions initiated through
  1. The Refund Policy is a subset of Payment Policy as mentioned above, Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy.
  2. TwoOrbits does not offers any refund after the a subscription has been bought by making the payment.
  3. “Buying Subscription” refers to initiating and successfully completing a transaction.
  4. In case money is deducted but the transaction is marked by the Payment Gateway as “Failed”, please wait for an hour to see if the transaction status changes to “Successful”.
  5. In case you do not wait for the transaction status to change and do more transactions, the total money deducted minus the amount of one successful payment is eligible to be refunded if you request, alternatively you may also convert that monetary value to extend your subscription period.
